Paid Social Lead

Your role will involve driving the strategic sparring from a media perspective, as well as the development of campaign builds, optimization, reporting, and the overall growth created by succesfull partnerships with our clients.

You will work regularly with both national and international clients, all of whom have a high level of ambition and a desire to revolt with us, testing and trying new and unique opportunities as they arise.

     

+3 years of experience

We're looking for 3+ years of experience within digital marketing and paid social, preferably from an agency background. Strong experience with digital media, analysis and advertising through Facebook and Instagram. Experience with Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics or Email Automation is highly desired.

Ecommerce

Experience in setup, including revenue tracking for Facebook campaigns and Facebook shops. Strong business understanding and ideally a full understanding of the dynamics in the agency industry. You should be data-driven, but also able to understand and work with creative content that first and foremost has to fit with the clients overall strategy.

Defining strategies

You'll be defining strategies and roadmaps, mainly for larger clients in a wide range of industries and markets. You will have the full technical responsibility for your own accounts and it’s therefore crucial that you take ownership of both the process, and the growth potential.

Execution of strategies

This should span the entire process, includnig setup, optimization and evaluation of campaigns. It will also be your responsibility to continuously optimize the strategy based on results, to steer your clients in the right direction for future success.

Analysing customer behavior

From data in Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Firebase among other tools, to succesfully grow the clients business. Prepare detailed monthly reports to all stakeholders, providing insight into performance for all social channels within their portfolio.
